5 Point Preparation System for your Montessori-at-Home Design

  • Point 1: The Meet Up

This initial meeting is FREE and includes a visit to the home to determine the best space to design the Montessori-at-Home environment. Measurements will be taken, and accessibility discussed to transform the area into an engaging and supportive space for the child’s developmental needs.

  • Point 2: The Design and Order

Once the ideal and available space is decided on I will work with you, keeping the child’s needs in mind, to design the Montessori-at-Home environment by suggesting furniture and materials to outfit the space. After providing these suggestions I will draw out my vision for the space and list the items I personally recommend to create this transformation, including sources and prices. Upon approval, I will place orders to your specifications to be delivered directly to your home.

  • Point 3: The Set-Up

After receiving the products and once the pieces have been assembled, I will revisit your home and set up the new environment tailored to the original, customized design.

  • Point 4: The Consult

Following the set-up of the new Montessori-at-Home environment, I will guide an informative tour and coaching session of presentations familiarizing the family with the Montessori activities that have been prepared as part of the custom program, along with opportunities for thorough conversations on how to successfully apply these methods.

  • Point 5: The Follow Up

In 2 weeks’ time, giving ample opportunities to work in collaboration with the child in the new Montessori-at-Home space, I will offer a meeting to follow up on the progress of its effects thus far within the adult, the child, and the family as a whole. This meeting is meant to last approximately 1 hour, with suggestions factored in. This meeting can be set up as in-home or remote, always with the family’s preference valued.
