Hello there!
I’m Clarissa and I’d like to personally welcome you to Star Path Montessori.
My 20 year experience in early childhood education, both in traditional settings and Montessori, has placed me on a personal path of discovering what children are naturally capable of. It is my passion to guide children to their optimal success while also assisting the whole of the family in the process. So much of this work is amplified by, and dependent on, the right environment to grow - an environment which provides liberties within limits, is accessible to the child and is developmentally appropriate, outfitted with activities that offer real purposes, goals and processes that call to the child and entice the joy of learning. Sharing my passion in valuing this fundamental piece is what I aim to offer you and your family. Working to establish a partnership in this transformation of your home’s physical and emotional space is what I am dedicated to achieving with you.

The first experiences are the most influential, they form who we are to become later in life, which is why these beginning preparations are fundamental in setting children on the path to developing confidence and independence. I look to work closely with you to design the most luminous path for your child and consult with you on how to best make your child’s experiences and exposure the ideal for exploration, discovery and growth.
I look forward to connecting. I feel honored to share what I have come to know as the natural and organic way of being with children with families that are searching for that close connection, understanding and that shine that reveals the enormous potential in their own child.
Star Path Montessori, LLC. came to life in the Summer of 2020 after the first shocking and challenging months of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In an effort to support families in need of connecting and providing a continuous Montessori education during quarantine, Clarissa, with her knowledge and experience of and in Montessori, guided a handful of families in setting up for, understanding, and supporting their child in the now daily home learning environment. With its acceptance and success amongst families, along with a desire for more connection and support, Clarissa was inspired to turn her guidance of these families into a longer-term program.
